- The IP address of the poster of the original message
- is owned by nih.gov (National Institutes of Health);
- considering the allegations and tone of that post I
- would suggest discussing this with a congress
- person from your district.

OK - The implication here is that either a Federal Employee
or Contractor 'used' their NIH.GOV Office Computer On-the-Job
to take these Actions : NTS = Not To Smart !
-Or- Someone 'forged' the Government IP Address :

Also, Yahoo, Amazon and other sites that have your "profiles"
have records of the IP addresses and dates and times of any
POST or cgi activity on your accounts; you may need to use
a subpoena duces tecum in order to get it, but the information
is there for further investigation.
