If -- and I emphasize -- IF those pictures were ALL there during the
auction, then it's the buyers fault for not noticing the packing tape
on the box. I can clearly see the brown piece of tape right there.

If he doesn't want the radio, then I agree with what others have said,
offer to refund his money, minus the cost of the return shipping. That
will teach the guy to look closely and ask questions before throwing a
bid up.
