While that's certainly true, what the original poster was getting at, is if one drop of Peanuts may define peanut butter, why then is Chinese cooking, with it's peanut oil and peanut meats, prevented from also being defined as peanut butter? It would appear that the only time one drop may define peanut butter is when there's a benefit to be derived from being peanut butter.
