Hey Hooto Kiyeeta! I know Texas pretty well.I have been there a bunch of
times before over the years.Unca Sam put me at Fort Hood,Texas for ten
months in 1965.
Let me go see what it says on my Zenith Trans-Oceanic Radio. It's a
Zenith Trans-Oceanic Royal '1000'
The radio won't say anything, not a peep.It was like that when I bought
it at the Goodwill store about ten years ago. It's in fair nechanical
condition, but the top front flip up/flip down dial cover panel piece is
missing and cosmetcally? Nope,it's kind of scrungy looking.
Anna, anna, anna,I also own a Zenith Royal 2000 AM FM Radio.Very nice
mechanical/physical condition and cosmetic condition. There is a tiny
dent on the top front edge between the AM dial and the FM dial.(I didn't
do it,it was like that when I bought it at the Goodwill store) The Radio
does work, but I think it needs a tune up to get it working like new.I
reckon I paid about $4.00 for each Radio.I don't sell my old
Radios,never have,never will either.
