Absolutely.. And I am fully within my rights (and even obligations) to mount
a campaign against someone SPAMMING the newsgroup. SPAMMING is against the
law. And David Eduardo Frackleton Gleason... you are SPAMMING in a newsgroup
that doesn't want to (continue to) hear it. A few posts regarding your
opinion on IBOC are fine. No problem with that. BUT, you have gone far
beyond that, and have been consistantly and agressively harassing this
newsgroup and minimalizing and marginalizing people in this newsgroup.

There are others that have used innuendo, racism, ad hominem in posts
answering you. I won't do that, don't believe in it. But you (speaking still
of DEFG) know by this time that your continued pushing of the subject has
not been welcome for some time, yet you keep it up. Just because I and
others don't want to hear it anymore doesn't mean we are ostriches, it means
you have worn out YOUR welcome.
