Except that a U.S. set will only receive odd-numbered FM frequencies - 93.1, 93.3, 93.5, 93.7, etc... It won't get 93.2, 94.8, etc. Usually the same switch that gets you 9KHz steps on AM also gives you access to even-numbered frequencies on FM. Assuming, of course, the set has such a switch. Sometimes you switch it by holding some other button for a few seconds. Unfortunately the specs on the Sony website don't offer any answers.
This set doesn't get LW either. Whatever 252 in Ireland is doing thesedays (sports?) and, IIRC, Radio 5 Live? on 198.
