SW acronym clarification

Iran shows as VOIRI (VOice Islamic Republic Iran?) in
Primetimeshortwave and ILG data.

In the A06 text file at http://www.eibi.de.vu I see it listed as IRIB Teheran.
What does the IRIB stand for?
