I suspect that the problem here may lie in the standard practice of writing
obituaries for celebrities sometime before their deaths. The obit in the
first post could well have been written back in 2000, anticipating that Mr.
Adamov would be passing sooner than he did. From what I have been able to
track down, he was still doing the program well into 2004.
