No one; Worse for the People of New Orleans & vicinity than you & me..

Do recall Gas being $0.29 cents a Gallon ( Good Gulf )

The Oil Rigs that were lost were probably older ones, in need of
maintenance..
and Not high producers.. Thats my guess..
