The desperate help his people needed was not under his power to control. He
needed more the NOPD and it's few hospitals and workers. Most of NO was
EMPTY. Most of the owrkers who could have helped were long gone.

He COULD NOT order the massive **emergency help the city needed with his
authority. He needed massive supplies of food and water dropped into streets
flooded over your head.

He need massive law enforcement since 1/2 the NO police force *worked off
their jobs. They did this to save themselves and their families since they
saw what was in their capabilities to do was useless and poinless. Plus they
had NO FOOD OR WATER to keep them alive.

So, what you're telling me is that the Mayor and Governor of NO could have
handled this disaster all on their own with no FEDERAL HELP huh?

Yes you're right. This was a case for local authorities only. Why don't you
TELL US and the Mayor and the Governor of LA what they should and could have
done without federal aid to "help" the citizens of LA??

Please I'm waiting on your answer. So is the Mayor and the Governor of LA so
next time they can do something. I mean if this was terrorist attack, your
leader would be reading the sequel to "Farm Animals and How To Milk Horses".

With the creation of "Homeland Security"
everyone feels so so secure since it only took 5 days to bring food, water
and medical supplies to a city in the United States. I mean only 5 days. How
long can people with rushing flooding water swirling over the heads with no
help or electricity survive without food, water and their medicines?

Many died due to help taking so long to get to them. Many unnecessary dead
bodies are floating in those waters that could have been avioded had help
come in 1 day, 2 the most.

Like they have said even on the conservative Repub channel Fox.
If those were 500 blonde, blued eyes models stranded in NO, help would have
been there in less then 1 day and everyone here knows that;s the truth.

And to those that replied negatively to my post. Notice how they offer
nothing *intellectual to say. That's because they either have a hangover,
their bellies got in the way of the keyboard, or they enjoy trying to upset
me. That's also because they know I'm smarter, faster and better then them.

But it won't work since I know they lead the lives of dead air and
depression. My post was the peak of their day. Now be good boys and go have
a beer and don't forget to put on your Diego Garcia radio caps and dream of
being a normal person who doesn't live off society like a leeching blood
sucker. Now that's a real republican! Yeah!
