I talked to England last Saturday and it seems like someone has turned
off the switch since then. The quiet before the storm? who knows
Hey Moped. I restored an old TRC-455. I added real maple sides panels,
and got rid of the simulated wood grain contact paper crap. I painted the
cover brown. I replaced all the lamps with LEDs, and a bunch of
electrolytics. I have pictures. You want me to email?

pics of it when you get the chance, good job om. Keep them old dogies
moaning, why don'cha.
I'm spending $30 for a clean shure 444 to plug into my experimental kenwood
520, now that I have the bandswitch repaired. People tell me that is a good
mic for that radio. We will see.
What is the matter with the band switch?
