Probably because they don't use 2M. But I also have it on
good authority, that most amateur radio rules violaters,
are extra class hams.

care to elucidate on that a bit? Having something "on good authority' is all
fine and good, however, stating so publically only draws attention (such as
demand for cites, proof, etc.).

no, you did not. you 'implied' that you associated with them. you never
mentioned them being VE's at all. you also never mentioned anything
regarding remarks before a test either.

You see, this is what I mean, you spit something out that is so vague that
anything can be assumed from it, and then when called on the carpet about
it, you get all defensive and start adding information that wasn't
initially presented.

you furnished (in fact, the website 404'ed on me from here <DNS failure
probably>) and until I can verify that source, its just words here.
