Open call sign database

The "Open Call" call sign database is currently under construction.
The callsign database will be available to all amateurs and be self updating
from various points on the internet.
I am looking for beta testers for the first version of the software. The
beta testers will receive a CD in the mail with the callsign database and
software. This software will give the user the ability to update his
database to keep it current.

Future plans are to distribute this to all amateurs who want it for FREE,
and allow FREE updating.
