Are you building an amplifier from scratch? If so, I recommend using "brick" RF modules. They are so simple...just mount them on a heatsink, wire up a couple of voltages, feed them with the proper input RF level (usually in the 1-200 mW range) and take the output from the module and run it through a low pass filter to the antenna. See http://www.rfparts.com/module.html for available modules and frequency ranges. They have many modules for the range you seek. Most modules listed have data sheets at that site as well.
