entangled particles for FTL communications. However, I
would also be listening for those primitive slow obsolete

It often amuses me to consider just how naive humans can be in advertising
their presence in our spiral arm for a long time now.

I think this is the "real" reason that the FCC tells us to use only the
minimum power necessary to maintain communications ;-)
