The sun like earth has its own magnetic field.
However unlike earth the poles on the sun have a cycle of 22 years
where its magnetic pole turns around in a complete circle!
So every 11 years the poles change places and the magnetic
field gets stronger and then weaker.
This magnetic field somewhat inhibits the release of solar dust
that finds it way to earth. On the reverse side when the poles
turn the magnetic field weakens and the dust arriving into the earths
atmoshere increases a lot. This dust by the way is many times smaller
than the diameter of a human hair but when the system becomes
dense with these particles they look like a cloud as they reflect
light.
The Milky Way that one sees in the sky is a sample of such.
So it should be seen that dust arrival from the sun coincides with
radiation activities on earth. This dust is seen as inactive
particles
that mimic a decayed electron which atoms will reject from their orbit
any additional electrons which if accepted would destroy the
equilibrium
of which the atom is a part. Fortunately some materials will accept
the presence of these particals but only in a rest position and not
as part of the
atomic make up of the material. These materials are called
diamagnetic.
They do have electrical properties but do not retain magnetic
properties.
They can produce a magnetic field as a result of current flow which
happens
to be very weak as well as the magnetic lines created being at right
angles
to the axis of current flow. This very weak field can creat a
rejective field to
like materials where because of the proximity effect wwhich can give
what appears
to be a negative gravity effect on like particles. This effect has
been shown
to be effective on frogs no less but in general because of its weak
field its rejection
of solar inate particles is not visible to the eye. So it turns out
that when
earth suffers a increase in solar dust from the sun's solar position
it coinsides with
what ham radio refers to as a suitable DX period for
propagation.together
with a weakening of the magnetic field of the sun itself, because of
the cyclic
rotation of it's magnetic poles.
The weakening of the magnetic field of the sun can be seen in action
when
a eclipse occures where the rotational momement of pendulums, that
occurs
with the reciprocative backwards and forwards movement, takes on a
sudden
change in velocity because of the suns reduced gravitational affect on
earth
that disturbes our equilibrium. This disturbance calms down as the
sun
reveals itself such that equilibrium on earth is returned.
So that is what we can expect to be happening the next time we get on
our
transmitters so we may talk to the World

Uh oh, too much oxycodone, this is beginning to make sense.
