I use these, and they work extremely well for cutting visco, time

They're even on sale for a few days too:

The Sears anvil cutters are really good. I use some Fiskars anvil
cutters for cutting almost everything. The are good enough to cut
string, paper, fuse, and do it safely and cleanly.

I have some cheapo ones that I throw into the truck that also work
surprisingly well. I got them on sale at a discount place for a buck
or so. I think just about any non-plastic anvil cutter will cut the
things we need them for. I really do like the Sears versions and may
treat myself to a pair or two. They have the replacable blade - which
means they are sharper than my thicker Fiskars blades.

Have you seen that fuse cutter that Rich Wolter is selling? He was at
a shoot a few weeks back and I saw it in real life. It is quite sturdy
and very well made. However, it is *not* cheap. A good pair of anvil
cutters is all that is needed for me right now... maybe I can get
something like it for Christmas. It would be better than clothes or
more IR mice.
