Which appears to be a useful "kutter" for visco as the OP suggested.
That's not the point. The point is that when someone includes a link that
doesn't work very few readers will bother going any farther. Especially when
the reader already has a visco cutter that works quite well and has done for
20 years. Most of the time I wouldn't have even commented about the link not
working but since there are so many new readers/lurkers on this usnenet
group I thought I would give the OP a heads up and thus a chance to fix the
link.
