No, "Fireball" has claimed to be a pro in fireworks. Couldn't be that
same poster.

Well Fireball, you are going to be had pressed to find any fountain
that contains any useful amount of NC components. If you want to make
NC lacquer, your best bet is going to the local gun store and
purchasing a pound or two of Hercules Bullseye or Dupont IMR 4895
disolve what you can in acetone, or a better solvent (given the crap
that you have recently posted to me, you want better information?),
and dross of the stuff that floats to the surface of the suspension.
(Carefully, since it is a mix of graphite and NG, the comination of
which which can wipe your home off the block).

Serious question: If you really want NC laquer, why not simply visit
your local Chandery or Marine Supply store who already sells this
stuff already mixed?
