I made my first lift powder over the weekend and was going to get a
handful of balls to take to work and see if I could test it.
I work with a pipe supply outfit and I'm sure we carry something in
that size.
Actually, something a little oversize to start.
I think 2" XH seamless might work.
That guy on ebay puts some metal on his!

Thinwall tubing is fine for the tiny lift amounts you'll use.
I said "1-3/8" tubing in one of my prior posts, but you need something
roughly 1.7" i.d., so I'm thinking that's 2" tailpipe stock.
