Let's find an idiot who plays with pipe bombs and almost blows his head off.
That would be just the perfect person to explain why fireworks should be
banned because they are too dangerous. As bad as it sounds, this guy would
have been more usefull as a "dead" statistic than an example of fireworks
dangers.
