Re: What RPM should my new ball mill run at?

Idunno, the CPSC might have a problem with, um, the lead in that shot, or
something...

Per new chemical restrictions, I have made a new ball mill. The container
is 2" in diameter and loaded half full with lead buckshot as the milling
media. What would be the optimum RPM for a 2" mill jar? I'm guessing 20
grams of comp per session.
How much lift for a 1/2" ball shell?
;)
