Pyrotechnics / Weather

I have been doing research on weather modification for sometime now. I
went back to the mid 1940s where the start of a lot of research was
being conducted. In the 1960s it appears that this research was put
into commercial production for the states out west. Over time their has
been an ever growing need for cloud seeding applications such as rain
and snow enhancement, fog and hail suppression, and cloud generation.

The problem that has existed is the short and/or long time effects of
such applications. The targeted area's that needed this type of
application were affected very little and areas many miles away were
affected by extreme drought and or wide spread flooding.

I was surprised to learn some of the newer methods of cloud seeding are
being done with pyrotechnics. Utilizing ground based flare stations,
and eject able flares from aircraft.

Here in Florida starting in 1998 we have been a custom to very extreme
dry conditions during our summer months until the start of hurricane
season which has turned into such a big business. One of the
interesting things is that although we get rain from time to time
sometimes every 15 days I have found that it's a very systematic
process that causes us to become dryer and dryer after each soaking.
One would say well it's because you just aren't getting enough rain.
But after almost ten years of these type conditions people are finally
catching on to what's happening.

Through out the year here in Florida it is noticed but even more so in
what use to be are rainy season meaning it rained almost every day even
when the sun was shinning bright.
This was one of the neat things about our state.

Some would even claim that our seasons maybe changing within our
calendar year.
Everyone in the media and our public officials blame this problem due
to Global Warming and/or El Niño, La Niña there is just one problem
with their claim and I will explain to you part of the truth.

Every time we are going to have precipitation moving in from the Gulf
of Mexico, the Atlantic or if rain clouds are starting to form over our
state we have high some times low altitude planes expelling thick white
trails on top, through, and in front of the clouds forming to produce
possible showers. These tails simply cause organized rain clouds to
become unorganized in a few hours or does not allow them to form at
all. These trails are not typical contrails observed coming from planes
with the right conditions. These trails are seen in a variety of
patterns ranging from a few miles to several miles in length and in
grid type patterns. I've seen three planes flying together with two
of them expelling a white trail with one of them not. If you pay
attention to these trails being formed they will start and stop many
times appearing like dashes across the sky. Most if not all of the
trails expand into huge misty looking clouds lasting for hours upon
hours depending on the flow of air at the altitude they are placed.

As a result of this method for artificially modifying the weather by
seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous
polymer. The polymer is
dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the
mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a
gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus,
diminishing the clouds ability to rain. See: United States Patent

I'm sure this is just not happening over our state as I have seen
reports around the country.
If you doubt what I am telling you is true one bit or if you want to
see for yourself pay attention to the skies and you will see exactly
what I am talking about and the effects from it.

You must ask yourself why someone would want to do this, well if you
have the time you will figure it out.

This same material can also be used to disorganize hurricanes but it's
not! I wonder why?

A lot of what is happening right now and what will happen in the future
has to do with the world's ever growing population. In the early
1800's the world had about 800 million people. 1900's, 1.3 Billion
people, and approximately year 2000, 6.5 Billion people. At this rate
of growth just over the last hundred years by year 2100 there will be
and estimated 30 to 40 billion people living here on earth if there is
not some form of population control carried out. You will be witness to
many devastating "natural" disasters to come in the near future. If you
do not now how close the American Union is to being formed whether good
or bad for some. If you don't even know what the American Union is
maybe you should turn off the TV and educate yourself.

Our country is in my opinion one of the greatest in existence today.
But some individuals have derailed it hopefully for not to much longer.
If you know anything about our history and I mean before the civil war
you will see that are country is in the last stages. Dependency on our
government, security from our government, then bondage from our
government. We are between security and bondage right now and, with a
blink it will be all gone and we will have a dictatorship all while
America was sleeping.

Importation of fireworks to our country may become a thing of the past
if something is not done. Those of you who don't know there are four
shipping companies left with only one of them accepting 1.3G. Their is
only 3 ports left accepting fireworks in which one is considering not
to except them any more after June. Maybe we will see a lot of
companies go out of business and a lot of them start manufacturing for
their own displays and others. I think this would be great. The way it
was back in the old days.

China has some major issues as it has had for a long time. They have
been manipulating their currency affecting the exchange rate and is
effecting everyone lately. Maybe you will see a bunch of the major
firework factories opening up their own fireworks stores and knocking
out the middle man as they have done with many other commodities. It's
just a shame what's really happening!

Maybe one day you want to make it rain because water is $3.00 a gallon,
but you're not because you need a license to buy the chemicals!
