Surprising Statistics

I myself was a little shocked about this result based on Limewire
uploads. Still, the result reinforce my view of humanity, at least just
a bit. I had expected the pyro texts download to easily top the list
but they fall off the botton of the charts. Actually, here are the
leaders in the download of 836 library possibilities... The cumulative
upload totals for the past 6 months reveal in order:

#1 Kate Smith singing God Bless America

#2 Audio version of "Red Storm Rising"

#3 Video verson of "Casablanca"

#4 Video version of "The Maltese Falcon"

#5 (given some slack), The Fireworks Disk Material

In total, 12,144 completed uploads from my little black Pentium 4 ASUS
box with its Comcast connection. Not bad for a little box that was
given to me for my birthday, but which I upgrated just a bit and now
has 2 250 Gigabyte drives and a TV tuner! (Lol!). Still, the entire
box can be easily duplicated by anybody for less than $500 Too that you
have too add the cost of a high-speed cable internet connection, about
$42/month, divided by the conntribution of people in the home (since it
can be shared). In my case, we have 3 computers sharing the cable
connecion.

I just wanted to share that information with you, to let you know from
where the Harry C. posts originate, and not simply to promote
high-speed cable internet connections or ASUS computer bare bones
boxes.
