Yes. It was much as I expected. You cannot shout or threaten when you
do this. You ask him for a favor (*you* lost the original tracking
number - not his fault) and then threaten him if he doesn't comply.
Learn a bit more about how to be nice and you will be amazed at the
dividends. Don't put a chip on your shoulder and try to bully someone
with threats - try the nice way and if that doesn't work, nicely tell
the USPS and BBB about it. They will treat you better if you have had
clear/level-headed conversations in which you didn't get a reasonable
response.
Be cool, and don't go over the deep end when you talk to someone by
email. There are humans on the other side.
