I will never buy from again,nor recommend this guy to anyone!
I placed an order,asked for my tracking number and received it as
expected.
Hotmail for some reason deleted the email with the number in it.
Sent an email to cannonfuse,didn't get a response for 2 days.
Sent another one stating how I need the tracking# ASAP,and that I have
heard lots of complaints about his customer service.
He replied basically trying to sound perfect stating how he sent my
order the day after it was placed,and that he gave me my tracking#
immediately after I asked for it..but the fact of the matter is that I
was asking for it again..

Go buy your stuff somewhere else and see how long it takes them to ship
it and answer your emails."

He is making it sound like I was the biggest jerk or "tough guy"
because I said that "I heard your customer is horrible" and "I won't
ever refer anyone to you"
I sent numerous emails,and got the same replies..refusing to give me
the tracking#,or since it has been lost in the mail refusing to send me
another package. Calling me a tough guy because I reported him to the
BBB,and not acting in a business-like manner at all.
I have just contacted the US Postal Inspection Service,and they told me
that since he refuses to give me the tracking#,and refuses to ship me
out another package,that it is considered Fraud.
They sent me out a form to file a complaint against cannonfuse,and I am
happily going to do so.
I have talked to tons of people after this has happened,and they all
said the same thing..basically "Tony is an ***hole,don't even deal with
him"
"Nobody gets along with him,and he doesn't get along with anyone"
I should of listened to the people who warned me about his customer
service to begin with,but I never thought something like this could
happened with ANY company/private seller.
I am now in the middle of filing Fraud charges against him,and
hopefully I will finally get my package almost 3 weeks after ordering
it.
