I didn't know the original ones used realgar in the delay grain, Warren
but it would make a great smoke trail (as you say). I only wish I
could get a drum of it at a fair price now! The brokers for the
manufacturers in China and India can quote a decent price but getting
it into the country is another matter. I don't know if the pressure
treated lumber manufacturers in the states get their arsenic from
overseas or if enough is still mined out West to supply the industry.
