Brian, I've never posted a ting in reference to your posts or pyro
pursuits, but my friend, to poke a pit bull (feds) thru the fence with
a stick, JUST to piss them off

You are just tauting them and probably beginning to piss a few off. I
have been onlist fince about '98 and as far as I know, no one has been
"deliberately followed or investigated" solely on any post made here,
but to keep poking that bad dawg just is NOT smart. I have a few LEO
friends, damn decent fellows every one amd I honeastly respect the jpb
they do and the risks they take. But be aware, the "personality type"
that CAN live with the constant knowledge that the next speeding-stop,
or the next "expired tag", or even worse, the next "domestic
disturbance" can be your LAST .. well, that requires a certain
personality type that does NOT tend to tolerate unlimited abuse. Those
guys are doing a job, a job *I* don;t have the [whatever[] to do...
I'll go to a gunfight with you anyday, but I damn sure do NOT want to
play in a world where ANY day can turn into that gunfight.
Just the only advice you will likely ever get from me. Hell I'd ball
mill 50 pounds of flash in a cenent mixer with river rock media before
I would deliberartly "bait"a group of guys that, when sufficiently
riled, and pushed a lot farther than I'm sure YOU would want to be
pushed by someone "just for fun".., MIGHT just decide to "stretch the
rules, JUST FOR FUN .. and trust me, the way our laws are written,
UNLESS your last name is "GATES", first name slick william, THEY CAN
FIND enough to keep you in bad bad places far longer than you would
want to stay there .. IF you want to play dangerously juggle lit
salutes while blindfolded. Let those guys concentrate on the *real*
bad guys, so my wife can fly safely and my daughters go to work without
fearing for their lives. And pray that the fellows that have to go do
what most of us do not care to do, pray that they get home safely with
their nerves not frayed by some idiot that thought making their life
hard was a funny thing and productive passtime.

PS .. If you *really really really want to "push the law guys" .. get a
bag or salutes (M80's) .. go to the police station and stand on the
roof of your car and throw salutes at the front door until they come
boiling out like a hive of killer bees.. THATS a real "gesture"
probably a fatal one, but you can shout "freedom of speech and actions"
as lound as you can, until you can't .. game over ..
Not likely to harm any of the LEOs, unless they break ribs laughing
about the guy that brought a firecracker to a gunfight.. YOU on the
other hand may no longer be troubled by your Ex's and alcohol and
unfair, and, well, anything.
