You, me and a lot of other people!
It just goes to show how lacking the mastery of these kinds of effects is in
this country.
The cause it seems comes from the lack of useful formulas or key ingredients
or even worse
the lack of cooperation. As far as the title "grand master" or "wizard" goes
it's difficult not to think twice before regarding anyone with that title or
distinction that can't seem to master these effects.
