After my screwup on the dissimilar adjacent state question, I wasn't
going to answer this one. But then I read everyone else's answers and
saw that no one even tried what I would have guessed: New York and
Pennsylvania
I seem to remember that they are adjacent on the list states sorted by
size. OK, let's read the official answers and see how I did.
