Two possible answers.
1.
Put an odd number of eggs in the first box. Put the first box and an even number of eggs in the second box. Put an odd number of eggs in each of the other eight boxes.
2.
Note that when you ask a cook to separate eggs, he separates their whites from their yokes. Use this interpretation of "separate" somehow.
I suspect that 1 is the intended answer.

My guess is that the answer you're looking for is this:
Put 11 eggs each into boxes #1 thru #8.
Then put the other 12 eggs, AND box #1 into box #9.
And the distribution isn't bad either.
You could probably also work out a solution where quite a number of
the boxes contain 12 eggs, plus another box. (7 of them, by my count)
Hey Dude its a logical answer and u cannot try putting one answer into
the other its just 100 eggs using odd numbers of egg in each of the 9
boxes.
Use your brains I know tuff but its not impossible and there is a
answer to it..trust me..
Just forward it to your freinds and check it out how they use their
brains.
