Enigma 1370 - Pair of quadrilaterals

Enigma 1370 - Pair of quadrilaterals
New Scientist magazine, 10 December 2005.
by Richard England.

I got Harry and Tom each to draw a
quadrilateral such that when lines were
drawn from each of its angles to a point
within it to divide it into four triangles
the angles in order should be 60°, 120°, 90°
and 90° and all the sides of the triangles
should be an integral number (not greater
than 20) of centimetres in length.

The perimeter of Harry's quadrilateral was
longer than the perimeter of Tom's. How
much longer was it?

Ciao,
Chappy.
