I get the feeling that the OP (who already had a set of instructions
he found baffling) was hoping that someone would point him to a set of
instructions that they believed would be easier for him to follow.
That said, I sure don't know any. The problem is that there's always
going to be a learning curve with figuring out the instructions'
methodology, and then keeping your place in the text while also
performing the steps live, and then trying to take the series of steps
you just blindly followed and converting them into steps you can
understand and remember, etc.
