I apologise to the Guardian. It is not a dummy; it is interactive! The
numbers in the grid have to be ignored and the actual numbering has to
be imagined. The entry method is a bit of a faff but they have managed
to use an extreme version of a 13x13 blocked grid for an Azed thematic.

Some bloke bullied them into taking the necessary steps to ensure that
this puzzle would be findable in the archive when the vcurrent
frontpage link to the PDF was removed. The faffy interactive version,
with the grid on one page and the clues on another, was 100% their own
idea.
