Enlarge Instant Picture?

I have some old Polaroids (just the picture itself). Does any service
exist that would be able to take a picture from an instant camera and
enlarge it to a poster size?

I know that film negatives can be increased in size quite a bit, and
that digital pictures can't really be enlarged at all, but I'm
wondering about the potential of instant pictures.
