Take notice to all whom are concerned and participate in Harassment of
other posters in this group.
To Mark Morgan of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

TAKE NOTICE
I require you to cease and desist from the harassment and personal
vilification you are engaging in which is directed at me and my
benefactor (Doug MacDonald) immediately. Failure on your part to
follow this directive will result in documentation being served on
your ISP (Cox.net) which will almost certainly lead to the withdrawal
of your access and expose you further, to whatever legal penalties
they may wish to impose for early termination of your account. Should
I decide to pursue the matter further and include your ISP as a co-
respondent, they will almost certainly take their own action against
you to recover damages and probably costs.
You are in breach of the acceptably use policy and terms of access
contract you signed with Cox.net to obtain their services for access
to this group. You are hereby notified that I intend to action my
right to quiet enjoyment of my own facility without continued
harassment and vilification by you.
