Yes. That's why quite a few people are selling out and moving North into
Washington state, where they can still buy 3300 square feet on a big lot for
less than 200 K. Fortunately, I don't need the money, and I know that this
place is appreciating, so I may as well stay here. (Besides, it would
traumatize my cats if I moved...:^)
A 3300 sq. foot home here would be....well more.
In fact it is hard to find a lot for less then $300K
