Grey Market Question.

"The grey market (or gray market) refers to the flow of goods through
distribution channels other than those authorized or intended by the
manufacturer or producer."

So what are the countries where the price of camera gears is actually
cheaper? In other words, where do B&H or other grey item sellers import
those items from?
I checked in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore - in all cases they are even
more expensive than USA.
