Scanned 35mm Provia Film.......Resolution?

Took a roll of color slides, Provia ISO 100 of snow
scenes which turned out beautiful. When I took the
film to be developed also asked to have it scanned
which also turned out beautiful.
On the CD jacket it has a check mark nest to "Good"
there is also "Better" and "Best" I phoned the store that
processed and scanned the slides and inquired about the
"Good"......"Better" ......... "Best"
The following is what I was told, resolution is as follows.
"Good"=1024x1536 which is good for up to 5"x7'' prints
"Better" =2048x3027 which is good for 11"x14" prints
"Best" =3024x 4523 which is good for larger then 11"x14" prints
Question is are these resolutions all JPEG or some TIFF
and some RAW?
What is the largest JPEG resolution? Can you tell just
by looking at the resolution size what it is, JPEG or TIFF
or RAW?
Also can I now take an individual slide and have it scanned
to a higher resolution? "Better" or "Best" ?
Thanks in advance
