See, Tom, I have interpreted the position of not having the violine in the
playing position (on the chin, I believe it's called) as an indication of
"the end" of playing.

That's what makes these groups so wonderful: the author of the photograph is
available to is able to explain his reasoning for the way he or she
photograhes a subject and we can critique what we see from the picture.
