I'm procrastinating!

Pretty flowers, but the background is distracting and harsh, and those
branches to the left don't help either.
DerFlatus Mouse - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370909
I like the low color saturation effect, but the photo looks more like a
poor choice of aperture than it does artistic blurring. Unless you're
trying to say that the other girl is less important than the other... in
which case, BRAVO!
Mark Lauter - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370143
Is it a bong? Tell me it's a bong!
Ok, it's not a bong. Cool effect, but it's too abstract.
Tom Hudson - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370144
I like this photo a lot, but there isn't enough in-focus grass to really
grab the eye and make it spectacular. I like the tone and color a lot -
it just needs an element of attraction.
Eric L - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370145
Cute ducky. Too contrasty and it looks a bit underexposed. Given you
shot this on 6x6, I'd really be tempted to crop most of the background
out and just focus on the duck.
Martin Ouellet - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370146
I like the "HUGE FEET" versus the duck. Good detail in the shoe and
elsewhere, but the composition doesn't really grab me.
Bowser - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370147
There's too much going on in this photo. Technically, it's outstanding,
but the subject matter just doesn't lend itself to this. If you could
have cropped the image to just one globe and the flag it might have
worked better.
Alan Browne - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370148
Once again you show us you're quite adapt with the studio lighting.
This shot would work great as stock photography in an industrial parts
catalog.
Artistically... a little too blank on the right side of the frame and
the subject matter is too vague. Remember: every photograph should be a
statement on the soul-crushing aspect of Wal-Mart and American-style
capitalism.
Jim Kramer - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370149
I like the title and the setting. Balding dude on the left side
distracts and the subject could be in better focus. Alas, the troubles
with low-light shooting!
Duncan Chesley - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48427908
Was this done with a T/S lens? The effect doesn't really lend itself to
this. The apple could make an interesting contribution to the photo,
but I'd try a lower angle. If there was one word I had to use to
describe this photo, it would be: "Green."
Bret Douglas - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48427909
The comedy is you focused on the girls, not the cheerleaders. Excellent
self restraint. I like the framing and the tone of the shot.
Al Denelsbeck - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48370152
"LOOK OUT FOR THAT CAR! IT'S GOING TO... NOOO! NOOOOOO! AL!"
I don't know... the shot has both blurry and in focus areas, but it
doesn't thrill me. Maybe if it had cheerleaders...
Paul Bielec - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48427910
Good use of color and lines. I would have opened up a little more on
the lens to blur the background even more.
Colin Donoghue - http://www.pbase.com/shootin/image/48429827
Great idea - the background ruins the effect a bit. Other than that,
you did a good job capturing the rays of light and the subject.
I didn't submit this week, but in retrospect I should have submitted
this photo:

I thought everyone was looking for the shallow DOF thing, not
necessarily the motion blur/stop flash effect.
