See, I am not talking about any artistic value of the work I did, but
actually there are choices, modifications and "point of view" of other
artistic material and not copies at all. I would be interested to hear

The problem with fair use is that fair use is something only a court can
sort out. By that point you've sunk $30,000 into just finding out, an
if you lose you'll lose a lot more. There are some uses that are
considered extremely "safe" fair uses, and some that are much more
speculative -- uses that the aforementioned court would have to sort
out. I really doubt your use is the "safe" kind, but then I am not a
lawyer. Probably the best thing you can do is consult a lawyer.
