It is very possible they are delaying reviewing it, if you really feel you need DPReview's thumbs up on a camera before you will trust it is alright to buy, then by all means wait until they review it before you buy one. ... If you don't trust DPReview anyway, then what do you care if they have reviewed it or not? ...
