A Panasonic DMC-FX-150 will give you 24-60mm with f/2.0 at the wide end.
That's about as wide as you're going to get in an all-in-one. Don't
know how it is in low light though--Panasonics have historically been
not too good in low light--but the f/2.0 will help. No AAs
either--personally I don't find AAs to be that much of an advantage but
YMMV.

The DMC-FX150 only has a 28-100mm equivalent lens. Perhaps you were
thinking of the new DMC-LX3, which has the new Leica DC Vario-Summicron
f2.0/2.8 24-60mm (equivalent).
