Yes, I've used programmable on/off before and it worked fine. The

I just tried turning on the "shuffle" option and it did randomize the

Thanks for the info. Does the WiFi use your WIndows Media Player 11
server
like the Kodak frame apparently does. I have my media shared on my XP
Pro
PC with WMP11. It works great on my PS3. So if these WiFi frames can
connect
to the server as well (as seems to be the intent) that would be
awesome.
It's supposed to, but I haven't tried it. I just use the Media RSS
feature to pull my photos from OurDoings.- Hide quoted text -

Thanks for hte replies everyone. I appreciate it. I ended up with a
Kodak
8" non wifi from best buy. Is seems to work as I expect.

One thing I ran into was size limitations to my SD card. I originally
tried
copying all my files to the root of the drive. I then find it fills up
at about
400-500MB. I think did a google search and find I need to create a
subdirectory and can indeed copy the entire 1GB. Is this a well known
fact? It does explain whay these cards always have subdirectories in
whatever you use to write to them.

Thanks!
Greg
The Windows file format has a limit to the number of files in a root directory, which varies depending on the format. Therefore, it is recommended that users format the card so that few files are in the root directory, and a subdirectory holds the majority of files, especially if they are small.
