I've just learned that something called a RCR-V3 (rechargeable lithium pack) can replace the two AA batteries in certain cameras. Has anybody tried this, and if so, what camera and how did it perform as compared with NiMH batteries?

I've used them exclusively with both of my Pentaxes.

Completely trouble-free, last *forever* (well, maybe a little less then "forever"), don't self-discharge.

Absolutely brilliant.

I can't compare them with eneloops (never used them) but they are much better than the NiMHs I use in my flash and other P&Ss.
