Does anyone know of a photo downloading and filing program(s) that would be applicable. Nothing sophisticated (complicated). Preferably low cost.

If she is running earlier than win98se, it may be time to think about a nice shiny new machine to match the the new camera. I've never heard of a non usb card reader but maybe someone else has.
