My new set does not have either DVI or VGA, but HDMI,component, and composite video. I didn't think it was worth it to spend the extra money for a computer input, which may have been a mistake, and my computer is in another room. But I have DVD players there all the time, already hooked up, so that would be the most convenient way to go.
