If the end result looks the same then there is no advantage. In fact, a
lot can be done with freebies like FastStone. When you need to re-touch,
clone, add fancy effects etc., you need the more full featured editors.
Just a comment, you mention using CS then list PSP. Isn't the latter
Paint Shop Pro. Did you mean to type PS.
