Wow, it worked! I have been sitting in front of a computer for 15 years now and
never knew Windows would do that. I mean I know ALOT about computers. Geeeez,

Windows Explorer will do this. Put the files in the order you want,
highlight all the files in the left-hand pane, right click and select
rename. All the files will then be renamed with a number beside it e.g.
filename(1).jpg, filename(2).jpg etc
